Thanks for your comments ...just to clarify about the taff,she is not a newbie here in BG,but has apparently moved once because of roma in the village,and now is in a village which she wouldn't name, where she is having major problems with the local roma,loads of them by the sound of it if she is to be believed.
So much for doing her research,which she said she did. ..Oh she didn't even have the courtesy to let us know she wasn't interested in buying our house.
Anyway,she's history,and we look forward.
I suppose it is a kind of risk going back,but I have took plenty of those in my life..nothing new Got a xlwb van for the hounds
plus the step son is coming over to share the driving with me as Christine is not confident enough to drive the van,gives me a brake too.
