Does anyone know of or better still have experience of this company?
I see it has the same website name as another company except this is .co.uk and the other one is .com and the websites are totally different.

This one is a removal company, ZZ: the other one, Gabieli, delivers parcels of pretty much any size from the UK and Germany (and to the UK from BG).

I use Gabieli a LOT (over 500 deliveries so far, including very large/heavy pallets) Who knows what'll happen post-Brexit, though... Cool I don't have any experience of the removal one, however. There are some Brits who do removals to/from BG.

I know you use Gabieli a LOT, you have said so many times. Wink
I also know the one I mentioned is a removal company because that is what I need.
There is a Brit company with a similar website name who are currently and in the near future very busy.
Are there any other Brit companies you can name?

I haven't heard of this company before, but can recommend the other which has been in existence a good while (www.uk2bg.co.uk)
I and others I know have used them and found them very good, but I'm guessing that this is the one that is busy for the foreseeable future.
Pickfords have, or did have, a franchise in Sofia which I used when I moved here 11 years ago - anxious to please but not brilliant but were new to the game then and should have learned a lot by now, if they still exist

UK2BG was indeed the company I was talking about Chris.
Not used them before but heard a lot of good reports about them and might still use them.
Just wondered about the other company I mentioned in case I need an alternative.

I think I'll give a miss to looking at a load of c**p for sale in the hope of finding someone to do a removal and I guess all I would find on there is a man with a van but thanks anyway.

I use them all the time. They are currently shipping driveway sealant to me. They bring in Chinese food from UK Chinese supermarkets etc. They trade under the name Gabieli. You can track the receipt of goods in the Uk and the departure of their van. They have one or two vans a week. It takes about 7 to 10 days. Recommended.
Very Happy

ZZ, I have used them, the UK to BG Movers (I also use the GABIELLI too as a Postal Courier).

However, it has been some years ago now that I used the removal version to bring some of my Father's belongings here after his demise. The quantity was enough to fill a small van and cost me around £400 (if I remember correctly). They used to suffer a lot of problems transiting Hungary and even for my delivery, they were stopped, searched and thought that my Metal Detector had been 'liberated', but it hadn't.

There are plenty of Man with a Van type operations advertising on FB and they all slag each other off citing that the other doesn't have the correct licenses, insurance etc. Some appear to be complete fraudsters with Expats fighting cases of lost goods or goods simply not delivered. However, I have not seen the UK to BG removers mentioned or embroiled in any such heated exchanges.

My only useful piece of advice could be to make itemised lists of your contents for removal, perhaps agree this list with your removal man and most importantly of all, get yourself some transit contents insurance as if their vehicle is written off en-route or some other misfortune occurs then at least, you have some fall back to replace what is lost.

Good luck.

And take some pics, with serial numbers if applicable, for any good/expensive items... Cool

Or hold an In-BG garage sale and flog off absolutely everything you don't really need!
